From start to finish, the team at the Sofa Design Studio were brilliant. Our living room isnt massive, but its a long room and we knew we needed a modular style sofa. We couldnt find anything for month until we stumbled across the Studio online. As soon as we saw the website we drove to there the same day. The lovely Louise showed us around and really explained all the sofas indepth and understood our awkward needs! The order process was really smooth and communication was great. Matt kept us in the loop with the delivery date and times. Upon upon arrival it was only a short time before we could sit down and enjoy our fab new sofa!

Throughout the process Matt was extremely helpful particularly in choosing the right filling for my sofa as well as providing me with fabric swatches. The paperwork was clear and concise as well as keeping me updated regarding the delivery. There was no pushiness or hard sell from Matt in fact it was the opposite he was warm and friendly. July 26, 2023From the moment I sent Matt I message I had full confidence in the sofa design studio, he offered to open out of hours if we couldn’t get there during their usual opening hours. When we visited, we met Louise who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect sofa for our new home. We spent a long time in the studio discussing our options and Louise suggested a colour I would never have gone for and we are over the moon with the outcome. After the studio visit we still weren’t 100% sure on the size we should go for so Louise did a home visit and helped us measure and decide the best option. She was so patient with us and came up with so many suggestions. The service from start to finish was faultless and we are so pleased we came to the sofa design studio!
