Fantastic service from Matt and Louise in helping us decide on the perfect sofas for our home. There was no 'hard sell' only knowledgable advice and patience! Sofas were delivered yesterday and unpacked for us, they look amazing and are so comfortable! We will be back to choose an armchair to compliment our sofas very soon!

From start to finish, the team at the Sofa Design Studio were brilliant. Our living room isnt massive, but its a long room and we knew we needed a modular style sofa. We couldnt find anything for month until we stumbled across the Studio online. As soon as we saw the website we drove to there the same day. The lovely Louise showed us around and really explained all the sofas indepth and understood our awkward needs! The order process was really smooth and communication was great. Matt kept us in the loop with the delivery date and times. Upon upon arrival it was only a short time before we could sit down and enjoy our fab new sofa!

From order to delivery and aftercare, the service has been absolutely brilliant. I received the sofa slightly earlier than originally adivised. The product is absolutely fantastic. There was a minor defect on the fabric on one of the seat pads that was not picked up a quality control, and they agreed to resolve it and replace the fabric with no question. It was all done in good time and without more hassle for me. I am very pleased with this business and I would repeat business. In the meantime, we absolutely love the sofa and hopefully will enjoy it for many years to come.
